I'm just in awe of each day and the adventure it brings either with sights or connections with friends and family!
Today's lunch with Betsy (Haight) Balch was such a treat as we talked non-stop over a very long lunch catching up on the last 40 years, reminiscing our childhood days (what we could remember! HaHa!), as well as talking about the future. So special when there is a friend after so many years you can immediately connect with, and it brings great joy to both of you. That pretty much sums up our time together today.
More connecting with cousin Ed and Kim and their son Cliff came for a visit today...always fun to connect!
So far the scenery and connections have surpassed any of my expectations! AND it's only day 5! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
